Christmas can be loud, bright and busy. These events have been adapted by the venues themselves: quieter music, softer lights, smaller groups or extra time. Each card shows what the venue says is different, the dates and how to book. Places for relaxed sessions often go quickly, so book early.
- Look for a visual guide or social story on the listing; many venues send one when you book.
- Ask the venue if a carer goes free and whether you can bring ear defenders or a comfort item.
- Ask where the quiet space is, so you know where to go if you need a break.
